Refund policy

Swiss law does not give a right of withdrawal for online purchases. As a consumer, you nevertheless have a voluntary 14-day right to cancel your purchase with us without giving a reason. If you live in Liechtenstein or another country whose law gives a statutory right of withdrawal, you keep that right.

Customised products are excluded from this right. This covers goods made to your specifications, such as custom dimensions, special locks or special colours.

The 14-day period starts on the day you:

• receive your goods;
• receive the last item, if you ordered several items in one order and they are delivered separately;
• receive the last lot or part, if the goods are delivered in several lots or parts.

To cancel, send an email to info@safegear.com within those 14 days. Refusing to accept the delivery is not enough on its own; you must also notify us.

If you bought several items, you can return one or more of them, even if they were in the same order. If you return only part of an order, the delivery cost is not refunded.

You pay the cost of returning the product. Heavy safes must go back by freight carrier, and that cost depends on weight and distance.

We refund the purchase price, and the standard delivery cost if you return the whole order, within 14 days of your notice, once we have received the goods back or proof that you have sent them.

The right of return applies to consumers only. Business and public-sector customers have no right of return.
